Welcome to CER Training Ltd

CER Training Ltd specialises in the Health Care Industry, predominately in General Practice.  We deliver bespoke and NVQ Training in Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Administration and Health.  We have secured a contract for Government Train to Gain funding (TtG) for NVQ’s.

Our NVQs are available for most levels of staff within Primary Care. And for those personnel that are eligible under the Train to Gain initiative, this training is fully funded. We have experienced Trainers and Assessors who work with candidates to ensure quality support is given throughout the NVQ process. The current range of NVQ services are below.

• Health - Specifically for Health Care Assistants
• Team Leading - For Senior Receptionists and Assistant Practice Managers
• Customer Service - For Receptionists
• Administration – For Practice Administrators
• Management – For Practice Managers

We have signposted all of our specialised training support to the Working in Partnership Program (WIPP) in addition to our own training resources, we will work through the WIPP tool kit with the learners and ensure that quality learning support is given.

• Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
• Cardio Vascular Risk Assessment
  
• Being a Chaperone
